(IE Macaroons)
2 C sugar
1/2 C margarine
1/2 C water
3 C rolled oats
1 C shredded coconut
3 Tbsp cocoa/ carob powder(or more to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Bring to a boil: sugar, margarine & water.
Remove from stove and add oatmeal, coconut, cocoa and vanilla
Drop by Tablespoon onto cookie sheet, leave to harden.
