This looks absolutely scrumptions, AngelA! What kind of crust recipe did you use?
Just a really basic on from "Vegan Family Cookbook". I make one last night from Veganomicon and I had to freeze it 30 minutes before I rolled it out! I don't know how much better it was because of it.
